Returned rental car with 1/2 tank of fuel, got charged $136.43 for 25 gallons of fuel, over $5 a gallon for double the fuel that I used.I rent a lot of cars. Never again from Alamo.

All went smoothly and quickly: the shuttle came and went frequently, the line went quickly, the car was clean with no mechanical problems, and the return process was a breeze. Also, the location is easy on/off the highway.

Alamo has become our favorite place to locally rent vehicles when traveling out of town. Our last experience a couple weeks ago added to our positive experience with Alamo. We had to arrive a couple hours later than expected and called to be sure out reservation was held. We still had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. We were in/out quickly, great help from the staff and best of all was low rental rates. Alamo cars always are clean and in great operating condition. Because of their consistent good service we will definitely continue renting from them. With other companies, we have had a lot of disappointments. Thank you Alamo for making our life easier and carefree!

Both shuttle bus drivers from airport and back to airport were extremely friendly and helpful. The most courteous drivers I have experienced. No problems with car or any other staff.

Quick check in/out. Had 4 bags, including 2 golf bags. Staff helped transport both on arrival and departure with out asking.
