      Will not respond to certified letter or return phone calls after going to their office and even leaving my information to return call. Only alternative I have is to file small claims court action. They are very vague as to who orders tows and it is impossible to get any information. I have no alternative but to file small claims action with a well substantiated case and let the judge decide with all the facts and documentation submitted.
