I had the misfortune of having to bond my 19 year old son out of jail for shop lifting and using the services of Penny Bail Bonds. I was told that the bond would be posted in one hour after I complete the forms given to me. I stood outside of the jail in Rancho Cucamanga for eight hours waiting for the bondsman, who never came.. I tried in vain to contact the bondsman who was not reachable or otherwise to busy to talk to me.. In my frustration, my only hope was to get my attorney involved and he too was given the run-around. I finally (for my son?s sake) enlisted the services of another bail bond agency and had my son out in just a few hours. I am still trying to get a refund on the bond that was never posted and in the process of reporting Penny Bail Bonds to the proper authority. I have dealt with many people in my line of work but none so unprofessional as Penney Bail Bonds.
