I became disabled 2 yrs ago, at 46 yrs old I am still in my right mind. one morning I made a reservation to the THE MARC. All was fine the day of appt, I cancelled the morning appt, for my sps to take me.# 8 the operator told me no,I shld be at CTRC and they wld ckeck it out and listen to call? meanwhile I am sitting in my wheelchair with major back surgry,and a stroke. The supposed lead ellie gets on phone rudely saying my appt was across the street at CTRC which was my last appt, they must have got them confused. Bottom line Ellie told me I need to get to CTRC in order to get picked up. I again told her I wanted a supervisor,Because I physically cannot get there in my wheelchair due to back surgery, she rufused and told me it was my problem. and left me there with no ride home. I was crying hurting and could not believe they would leave a disabled person like this. No empatgy, concern,
