      I had three gates built by SW farm and ranch and the turn around time was extremely lengthy plus one of them was damaged. I had already paid for the gates and needed the one gate rebuilt in a timely manner for my customer. They finally agreed to rebuilds a gate, but will not return phone calls and I can't get any answers in when it will be ready. I am very frustrated and don't understand why a company would handle loyal customers that way.
