      Shifu Shi Xing Wei is a 32nd generation disciple of the Shaolin Temple. He received this honorable title from his teacher, Master Shi De Shan 31st generation Monk of the Shaolin Temple, Henan, China. He offers instruction in the following: self-defense, san da, qin na, qi gong, traditional forms, weapon training, discipline, flexibility, calisthenics, meditation, and general health benefits. Shaolin is a moving meditation that advocates a peaceful and focused state of mind known as wu-wei, or no-mindedness. We do not hold to a ranking system. Instead, we believe your level is determined by your ability, physically and mentally. Each student is unique, and therefore the instruction should be catered to each individual. We do not issue contracts. We also offer family rates to make classes more affordable to families.
