      About SAKDC San Antonio Kidney Disease Center Physicians Group, P.L.L.C. (SAKDC) is the largest nephrology practice in San Antonio. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure, kidney disease, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, as well as the preparation for and treatment of patients with kidney transplants. SAKDC serves an area that has one of the biggest and fastest growing populations of diabetes and resultant kidney disease patients in the United States. The practice was founded in 1978 and has grown steadily. Now the second largest nephrology group practice in Texas, SAKDC has twenty-two (22) physicians in several offices in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
