SA Quality Fence does not show up on time, when they finally show up, they say they will provide you an estimate within the next day or so. Well, for us that did not happen, three weeks later no estimate, we had to call them to ask for the estimate, then you get a vague template of possible work that they can do. Still providing them a chance, you then setup a date for the work to start and they do not show up! No Phone call, No Voice mail, no text, and no email, with today's technology and you still have a problem with communicating, wow! The choice is yours to do business with SA Quality Fence, but ask yourself, how important is your time?

Look elsewhere! Customer service was frustrating. Phone calls were not returned and time restraints were not honored. I was told by the sales manager that I would not have any luck finding another company in San Antonio. I found someone who could do the work the next day.

Poor Customer Service. I am still waiting for a callback after several attempts just to set up an appointment for an estimate. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere.

I do not usually write comments or reviews of companies. But this is the exception. I had contacted Quality Fence about getting a cedar privacy fence in my backyard. Rodney Lines was my first contact person who came out to my home. He was very professional and helped me tremendously with my decisions. All work was scheduled on time as we discussed. I did have a small issue in the beginning with the type of cedar that was being installed. This was no fault of their workmanship but it was a manufacturer defect. I have to say that after trying to figure out the best way, the gentlemen at Quality Fence went above and beyond my expectations.. They actually took down the entire fence and redid it with an upgraded cedar.!! My fence is so gorgeous wish that I could post pics! My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rodney Lines, and Shawn who saw this through to the end. Also last but certainly not least was "Jacob". My fence installer who had a keen eye for detail and is a man of his word. I will be adding a topper on the top to give my new fence a more finished look. I know for a fact that this is the best fence company in south Texas. I talked to a lot of other fence companys but could not even get one to come look at my fence. Quality Fence did not only look at the fence they came the same day i called them. the Sales team was great to work with. the fence looks great. thank you for the hard work guys.

Quality fence installed our fence a few months ago and we had no problems. The fence looks beautiful and the HOA is off my rear. I called back a couple weeks ago and spoke with someone named thunder he took care of my needs and got me into the hands of another rep who came out and installed our neighbors fence also. the company has done nothing but good things for our neighborhood and for us they have placed several fences around and everyone is very happy

To the customer who felt the quality of their fence was not up to standard. While we do not know who you are, we are always saddened to hear that even one customer’s is not happy with our work. However we do know that we have not been to your housing development in more than 3 years, so while you seem to suggest our work was recent that is not actually the case. Having said that, even though your warranty expired perhaps more than two years ago, you need to know that we often will still perform warranty work, free of charge, even after that period, if our original work had a defect. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we stand by that.



Also, please appreciate that while your review suggests you understand how fences are typically built, the specifications you suggest, while possible to comply with, are not at all typical to the San Antonio area.



We have installed many 1000’s of fences for many reputable builders in the San Antonio area and it is they who specify the materials we use and properly cared for we have many example of fences lasting well over ten years. The fences in your subdivision (the only information you gave us about your location) were a very standard design used and proven by many builders and fence companies throughout San Antonio and Texas. Even so, as the potential home owner, you could have requested, via your builder, just about anything you wanted and we would have provided that for you; although your choice of materials and design would be somewhat unique, this is something we do all the time and we would have complied exactly to your individual requirements, had you made such a request.



I would also point out that fences that are maintained properly will last for many years. Again, as a marketed leader in this area, we have many 1000’s of examples of this. Without appropriate treatment discoloration and warping are a natural and inevitable result. We could have treated your fence for you had you elected for us to do so, otherwise the choice to do so, or not, is yours, along with the consequences.



The impact of severe weather, which does affect fences in this area from time to time, is not a factor of the quality of our product. A fence is often a solid barrier to the weather and has to withstand huge forces from wind, most do so without a problem. After very severe weather we fix more of our competitor’s fences than our own.

I have to agree with FullBird on his Quality Fence review.

Another fence company tried to up sale me on some wrought iron fence and the cost was astronomical.

A quality fence rep showed me how they could get the same look at a significantly reduce price.

My fence looks great and I got a powder coat finish cheaper than the other company would have charged for paint.

I have nothing but praise for Quality Fence the name says it all.

I recently purchased a large amount of multiple types of fencing from Quality Fence. It took a little while longer than I expected, but the end result was beautiful. My neighbor and I were going to split the cost of our sideline fence. He got impatient and decided he would call someone else to do the sideline we share and pay for it himself. All I can tell you is I am glad I held out and stayed with Quality. The fence my neighbor bought is just horrible. The difference in workmanship is like night and day. My neighbor is really upset now and can't get a response from the company he chose. I am hoping he will call Quality to get it replaced now so it will match the rest of my yard. Sometimes a little patience goes a long way. And like the old saying goes. You get what you pay for.

These guys were able build a chain link fence to my exact specifications. I am a homeowner and I needed a security fence with some very difficult additions. They did it with no problem at a good price. I would recommed this company. I think they are also called SA Quality Fence, ltd
