Rental setup seemed fine when I left only for them to call me later that day to tell me I would be responsible for a difference in cost that the insurance company would not cover. I take time out of my work day to call the insurance company to sort it out only for the rental car company to match the price of the insurance companies preferred agency. Come to find out, the price match was already agreed upon, but they tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor. Then, I go to pick up my car thinking an auto body shop, whose sole responsibility is putting cars back to pre-loss condition, would have done a quality check on the work. They didn't. Part of the damage hadn't been repaired, the glass had to be removed for repairs and the damn window trim wasn't even adhered to the glass, the paint had imperfections, and the emblem was misplaced even though I told them NOT to reapply it. Never again, Northside Collision.
Estimate was 4 hours later than promised and I had to call to get it. The price of the estimate was 20% over a Cadillac Dealer. Complete waste of time.
