I used a groupon I had purchased in March and the experience was okay. Nicole did the manicure portion of my mani-pedi and then another Vanessa performed the pedicure. Vanessa did a great job but I would not have Nicole do the manicure again. The manicure was about the same result as if I would have done it myself. Upon leaving, I was talked into purchasing a gift card in the amount of $105.00 for a 4 services package. It is now the end of June and Nicole is unwilling to give me an appt for all 4 services on the same day and will not schedule anything till late September. I purchased the gift card for my daughter and I to have a mother daughter day and if I split the services into 3 appts it defeats the purpose for why I bought the gift card in the first place. When I informed Nicole that if she could not provide the services on the same day then I wanted a refund since I have yet to receive any services and she stated that she has a sign posted that says no refunds. I tried to tell her that since I have not been able to get services that she has basically stolen my money. She got mad and told me to watch my words that that I could talk to her attorney and then hung up on me. Nicole could have handled this situation very differently and instead she decided to be rude and unprofessional.



And now I have a useless gift card that I cannot use.



I would not recommend Nicole or her Day Spa to anyone.
