I highly recommend Legend Plumbing And Septic Co. Andy and Joel came out to clean out a floor drain but had to also remove my hot water heater to get to the drain. The guys did an awesome job. They were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They re-hooked up my water heater, walked me through the problem and solutions if I run into a drainage problem again.

Andy a technician were punctual and a sized up the problem quickly and CORRECTLY. Once they worked on the issue, they also explained to us how to do our own regular maintenance. I've used Legend Plumbing & Septic a handful of times and have been pleased with their service. We've had them remove and install a new water heater, replace a spigot and address a few other leaks in our condo and home. Their customer service, starting at the initial call to schedule a service is super. The receptionists are always friendly and thorough and their service men have always been on time and explain issues in a way that I can understand. They've followed up afterward to make sure our issues were resolved. I'm so glad I found this company, and I highly recommend them.

Legend Plumbing And Septic replaced sump pump. Power rooted a clogged drain. I recently purchased an older home and wanted to have the sump pumps tested and inspected. I did not grow up in an area that needed sump pumps, so I was not familiar with them at all and wanted a professional to take a look. I called and set up an appointment and a few days later the technician, Ramon, showed up on time. He called about an hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He inspected my sump pumps and answered all of my questions whether they were related to the task at hand or otherwise as this is my first time owning a home. Ramon gave me his honest "what I would do if I lived here" evaluation. I moved forward with the replacement of a 7-10 year old sump pump. In addition to the sump pump work, they came back out a week later and power rooted out a clogged drain that was backing up.

I had used Legend Plumbing a few years ago for a water heater problem and was impressed by the quality of their service. I called them for this job and was told I would get a call back. I got an immediate response and was able to talk to a plumber about the situation and what I wanted done. He was very helpful, explained that they had a slightly different approach, and convinced me why their approach was better than the one I had in mind. He quoted me a price, we are able to set an appointment for the next day, and he arrived promptly on time. They installing a new garbage disposal and replacing some shut-off valves. It was excellent they arrived on time and looked professional. The job got completed very quickly and the price is very fair. I would highly recommend Legend Plumbing to everyone!!

They overcharged me $1795.16 now I'm going to have to take them to court to get my money back, they quoted me priced items to do then only emptied septic tank and replaced the cap on septic. They also refuse to return phone calls, my daughter called from out of State then they promised to return some money but I'm still waiting on my refund. Call the BBB if you've had problems with this company and turn them in for all mis handle of money or management.

$250+ to replace a battery on the septic system. Watch out for these guys. I feel like they took advantage of me.
