I wish I could give negative stars on this office. I was really surprised at the lack of professionalism shown to potential clients. The receptionist was the only positive aspect of my experience. The "case manager" Roberta came out, called my name and turned and walked down the hallway. She didn't shake my hand and introduce herself. She told me her name as she was walking down the hall with her back to me.



I took the time to explain my whole situation to her, after which she looked at me and said, "When did this start?" It was like I hadn't been speaking at all. I came to the understanding that they wouldn't make money off of my case by backdating the request; however, if she had just said this, I would have talked to her about regular fees. I didn't get the chance.



Oh and I thought it was rather interesting that she told me they can't help someone who is getting help from DARS. The Department of Rehabilitative Services gave me their phone number.



I would recommend that Ed Goldner hire people that are polite and have some compassion.



I could go on and on about how awful my experience was. Let's just say, I don't ever want to deal with a lawyer's office again.
