This place is the best! They will buy used toys and clothes and give you cash or store credit for more things. It’s a great store.

i took in 3 bins of clothes from new born girls to size 10 in boys and 1 bin of shoes all sorted.by size clean and laid out straight the way they ask. they said it will take up to 2 hrs to go through the bins and they called me in 20 min saying they were almost dont... so i went back and picked up my bins amd got the.money 20.00. when.i got home all the clothes were bundled in a ball or just thrown in my bins and got all messed up amd mixed in with shoes. the clothes are in nice condition from polo to gap to carters and it was just thrown like junk. the girls there had bad attitudes and just not somewhere id go again.

after visiting sweet repeats, kids junction, and once upon a child, i decided to head to a completely different part of town and try my luck there. the trip was definitely worth it!! i was immediately greeted at the door by a friendly smile and a warm "hello how are you today?". unfortunately one of the bad things about shopping in the west side is the rate of crime so the nice lady asked me if i would please check my purse in at the front counter. not that i didnt expect it as there is a sign at the door and one right as you walk into the store. i walked over to the counter and again was greeted by another warm friendly smile and sweet employee. she asked me to zip up my purse and gave me a pin that matched the one she had just put on my purse. she was extremely apologetic about having to take my bag, and already i could tell that my experience at this store was going to be a great one. this store unlike the others was extremely organized, smelled fresh, and looked very clean. prices at this store were extremely reasonable and the condition and style of clothing was great. they even have a play room in the back for kids! the shoe selection was the best i had seen at any of the other stores but i think that the customer service was what really made my experience such a great one. i found some great deals and even had a nice little chat with both ladies working there at the time. while i was checking out and talking to one of the employees, who i later found out is the manager, she noticed that i was buying size 7 clothes and mentioned that she liked the selections i had made today and said they are always looking for sizes 5 and up and asked if i thought i might have anything that i would like to try and sell. apparently she trusts my taste in clothes! that made me feel so awesome. i also found out they have 2 other locations in town, one in the area i had just left! all in all i'd say they were extremely personable and helpful. now these ladies know a thing or two about customer service! it was about a 10 minute drive for me once i got on 410 but its definitely worth the drive. i walked out of there a happy customer and promised them i would be coming back again and again. im glad i decided to take a chance!!!
