Incompetent. I found myslf in a custody battle and hired Mr. Jacobs to fight for what was right. I was sadly dissappointed. He did not fight, did nothing to prepare me or my witnesses for court, did not conduct a discovery for the opposing side, did not do accounting of the finances, did not take depositions from the other witnesses, and basically handed the case over to the opposing side. This man should not be practicing law.
