      Seek a different referral/ very poor care by staff and doctor

      inefficient, poorly organized office staff; inattentive to patients waiting; unconcerned by extrememly long wait without checking to see what the hold-up was about; extremely poor follow-up care by doctor and support staff (post surgical)
