Jack McClellan and Steve Pritchard established AE Support Group in 1989. Initial efforts were centered on specialized support and training for Autocad and Arris users, including programming in the Autocad Autolisp and Arris Sigmac languages. As the need for a range of services for architects and engineers was determined, specialized services were added. Maintaining a small front end to provide personal contact and direction of consulting efforts has remained the philosophy of the company. The company offers a variety of products, including Arris Architect Studio, Arris Lightscape Visualization Suite, Arris Facilities Suite, Arris Computer-Aided Design, Architect plug-ins, 3-D plug-ins, DuctPlus, Developer s Kit, Social Services Manager, custom database interfaces and facilities management services. AE Support Group is headquartered in San Antonio.
