food is excellent, service is non-existent; I have never been so ignored at a restaurant!! they have plenty of staff, but they are too busy chatting with each other & their friends to do any work; had to ask waiter to take our order, then had to ask for parmesan, then had to ask for tea refill with the refill having no ice or lemon & we sat at the bar!! oh, & when we arrived, we were the first ones there, so no excuse whatsoever for lack of service
