Dr. Yost is one of the kindest, nicest Doctors that I have had the privilege of knowing. From the beginning, more than 14 years ago, he treated me with courtesy and respect. He treated my arthritic knees conservatively with medication and never pushed surgery. Recently, he began treating me for osteoporosis, and worked to convince my insurance company to recognize that men do develop osteoporosis and to pay for my treatment. My last visit, just over 2 years ago, was professional and Dr. Yost was just a kind as ever.

Very nice. One of my favorite doctors. I would still go to see if him if my health insurance didn't canceled.

Was very disappointed in his bedside manner. He made me feel like I was wasting his time coming in and that my general doctor was an idiot for referring me to him. He went off on a soap box about the issue why I was there and it felt like he was yelling and lecturing me for following my doctors concerns. He was not listening to me or answering my questions, so I had to respond with an attitude in order to be heard. He calmed down a bit after I started giving him attitude, but in a few minutes he went back to yelling at me.

He did not say, "it was nice to mee you," "thank you for coming in," "let us know how you are doing," etc. I have worked in doctor offices before and even unfriendly ones but I have never seen the doctors be so rude to the patients as Dr. Yost was to me.
