      Established in 1989, Z Tejas is a chain of Tex-Mex restaurants that serves a range of brunch specialties, such as smoked chicken Chile relleno, grilled cilantro-pesto ruby trout and Diablo chicken pasta. Its menu also includes blackened catfish tacos, cast-iron skillet dumplings, grilled jumbo quesadillas, catfish beignets, hand-hacked guacamole and salmon. Additionally, Z Tejas offers event management and catering services and has expertise in organizing social luncheons, cocktail parties and brunches.
