Received a call from 801-493-2909, freedom direct on6-12-14 at 1844 hours eastern time. When I told the person "Ron" did not live here, he told me to "f$ck off" and hung up on me. Is this a company you want to work with?

While I received a fair interest rate at the time and everything went smoothly. This company will not stop calling me. This refinance was over two years ago and they call me every three to six months on my cell phone. I have told the last three people to take me off their list and stop bugging me. The next phone call from them will be answered with an air horn into the phone.



I would not recommend nor will I do business with a company that continues to make unsolicated phone calls.



My unwanted calls are not alone, if you put their phone number in several websites such as whocallsme.com etc, you will find I am not alone in receiving unsolicited calls.



I have informed them I am on the do not call list and will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

I like the customer care because they are responsive. They really know how to WOW a customer. They put the customer first.
