I'm a Sales Rep and work from my storage unit at Downtown Storage. They accept small shipments for my company which makes it very convenient. I can pick up samples on my way to my appointments. This is a great storage facility and exceptional customer service.
I have been renting from them for years and have always been happy with things. Nice buildings, cool staff, 'nuff said.
I have 2 units at the 200 south location and I've always been satisfied with them. Having a location right downtown has been very convenient because the company I work for is close. We often make a few trips there a week , and the office manager is very helpful. I would recommend them if you need storage.
I needed a small storage space and the employees at Downtown Storage were super helpful. They found me the right size space and were really nice. The building was clean and the price was right. I used the free moving truck - a real godsend as I had now way to get my larger items to the storage unit.I still rent here and highly recommend them to anyone.
The managers were friendly and knowledgeable by helping me find the right size space for my things. The building was clean and well lit! I called a few times to ask questions and they were really helpful on the phone. I used the free moving truck and it was awesome to have access to it, very helpful when moving my larger items. I will definitely use them in the future when I need to store items.

Downtown Storage is in a convenient location and they helped us figure out what kind of space we needed for her. We needed a secure, climate controlled space because she has some expensive things. This has worked out well for us.

I called Downtown Self Storage and was pleasantly surprised on how knowledgeable they were for what I needed. They had several sizes available from super small to way to big for what I needed.
