General Info

Ultimately, we all want to be happy. It is often easier to identify what a problem is than how to work through it, and that is why counseling is valuable. My goal is to help you clarify what the issues are and help to evaluate what strengths you have to make healthy choices. Everyone at some point in life feels overwhelmed or confused and a therapist's job is to essentially be a mirror to you so that you can see what your part in a problem is and what you can do about it.

Amenities

Confidentiality, compassion, and a different modes of receiving the benefits of counseling. Talking with someone who can be objective about your issues can be invaluable. I work primarily with adults and teens, and offer "walk and talk" therapy for physically active people.
