Shawnee is hands down the best real estate professional we have ever dealt with. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the technical process, she is very savvy when it comes to current market conditions and the difference between what a home is worth and what it can actually sell for. She is realistic and frank while still being tactful and respectful of your emotional attachment to your property. We have two small children, and she was incredibly responsive to our sometimes difficult schedule which involved shuffling showings to accommodate nap times. In the first week she had scheduled 18 showings and we sold our home in 10 days!! She is amazing. In helping us buy a home, she offered insight on our wish list and helped us keep realistic expectations based on the market inventory and what was within our price range. She was invaluable at helping us choose a qualified home inspector and navigating the inevitable difficulties that come from the timing of selling a home and buying a new one.
