I will never go back! I feel very uncomfortable with this place.

I WAS TOLD YOU HAD TO TRY THE HEARING AID FOR 30 DAYS OR YOU COULD NOT GET A REFUND. WE RETURNED THREE AFTER THE 30 DAYS AND PAID A MONTH LATER GE CAPITAL $1200.00 IN FULL A MONTH LATER AND ARE STILL GETTING BILLS AND A COLLECTION AGENCY SAYING WE OWE $600.00 MORE. THEY ARE DISHONEST. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!! IT IS JUNE AND IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.

My hearing was tested and there was honest feed back including that I could wait a while longer and/or I could by one for just one ear...not both. I had a hearing test, was given the results, told my options, and what pricing was available as well as payment options. Not only was I fitted but instead of putting the hearing aid all the way up to meet my loss...it was increased slowly so I wasn't overwhelmed. There was no charge for the extra visits. THere has never been an additional charge for cleaning the hearing aid or checking it out in all the years I have been using it (since 2005). I went in the other day asking about new models and find that I can get one for almost the same price as the one I got in 2005. I just feel Hearing Zone (Allen and his crew) are out to help people...not just make money.I was never pressured.This is a good place with good people that care about people.
