I'd give zero stars if allowed. My sister lived here for 5+ years. Property caters to *section 8 recipients* and complaints are brushed off/ ignored/ not resolved. Noone on this property takes responsibility for their children. They run free ages 3 & up. All students (grades pre-k to 12) and some adults enjoy walking the parking lot/ driveway and refuse to move for vehicles. Extensive damage from termite infestation was grotesque and left unrepaired. If you are not on section 8 and have well-behaved children that you actually care about this community is not for you. My sister paid over $750for 3 bedrooms while section 8 tenants pay like $30. The American Way.
