Terrible experience at this store. Zero customer service. If you get something that happens to be defective, they won't take it back or even do an exchange, and that's with a two week old receipt! Owners name is Nasir but the employees claimed he couldn't be contacted and they started trash talking him. They said if they did anything to help they would get in trouble. Also said there was no manager and nobody but Nasir could do anything but he is "unreachable"- how convenient! Store is a joke, inventory level is practically zero. I'm a huge fan of supporting local businesses that deserve it. This place doesn't deserve a penny of your hard earned money.

Bought several faulty products from here. They refuse to honor their warranties. Staff was rude. Juice prices are double what they should be. Be Warned! There are better places to go.

Over priced, and plenty of shoddy products. Bought a battery that came apart in half a day. Their response was "Well that's why it costs 14 dollars". They refused to refund my money for an obvious faulty product. Sites like WeVapor.com have better juices for half the cost. The two times I went there they were rude.

The staff there was very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. It really was a big step for me as I am a 2 pk a day smoker and needed my vaporizer to def be matched up with products that would keep me from craving. My salesperson Jason set me up with the right products for my needs and I have been smoke free for 24hrs!!! That has not happened in 20yrs!!!
