Do not go this office....they are very mean...if you work with customers...you should be treated with respect especially if you are a disabled senior citizen. ..one lady shooed us like we are animals..

This is the WORST SS office ever. Stay away from here. These people are rude, incompetent, uninformed and must have an IQ of 40. I had to go 5 times and I am still waiting for survivor benefits. They have no problem cutting off benefits when you die but when you try for survivor benefits, it is impossible. To prove citizenship, I brought in a US passport and she had the stupidness to say "this doesn't always prove citizenship". Are you kidding? They don't give a US passport to non citizens, Idiot!!! Then, they lost all of the documents they copied. DO NOT send them anything. Everyone says to go to Watsonville or Seaside. Really....do not go here. And...the wait time is horrible.
