I have been in this facility and I know that the staff is committed to excellence! I am pleased to say that the administration provides training when necessary when it comes to patient care, safety, community and family relationships! Windsor Estates continues to grow and improve daily!

My mother was discharged from this nursing home with two stage two pressure ulcers that the facility was not aware of. The DON had no idea or any answer for why these were not disclosed on discharge paperwork. She also had a significant weight loss in the last two months of being there with no medical intervention being done. Overall very dissatisfied with the level of care provided. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
