This company is dishonest and should never be trusted with any data. I have never dealt with such a dishonest, dangerous, manipulative, childish employee in my life. A horrible, catty, disrespectful, ego-filled liar. The owner allows his employee to lie and to abuse others in order to protect her lies. The result of the lies of the owner and the employee was to endanger the client's data with a dangerous site move that followed months of abuse, lies and manipulation from a clueless employee who got her boss kicked off of his server due to her neglect and abuse and refusal to heed rules and warnings. The owner allowed the abuse, allowed the lies and allowed a clueless, inept idiot to move his website after she got him kicked off of his host for her lies and continual abuse of the server. The employee refused to acknowledge multiple, urgent notices from the host to have a competent party collect the backup that I was willing to prepare out of friendship of that lying idiot's boss. As usual, she hid her head in the sand and repeatedly refused to deal with the situation in a professional manner. Instead, she protected her months of abuse and lies, and simply hid as she had done the last time she got someone else kicked out, choosing to intentionally disregard the notices and endangering the boss and negating pci-compiance by neglecting to collect the logs, mail and files. The owner claimed to have to lie because he did not trust the host, yet his employee refused to remove this data from the server, leaving it with the person they claimed not to trust with it. They chose instead to abuse and attack the host repeatedly, continually provoking for months with lies, abuses and cattiness of that nasty employee, The idiot was abusive, and provoking this person that had their data and their files and was trying to protect the boss and clients from her. They left customer account data and they left a person they claimed not to trust in their bank-connected accounts, ignoring me again when I demanded that they remove me for my own protection against anything the ignoratn employee might cause with her negligent move, and against the vengeful river rat ray, a bully who is verbally abusive to the wrong peope. As a result of his negligent choices, they left their carts both live during domain name resolution and they did not correct this issue after it was reported along with other dangers caused by the employee's negligence and wilful ignorance of rules broken spitefully by the employee, and contempt of standard procedure. They attacked the person pointing out their security flaws and sent police to her door rather than address the issue that was their own issue to solve and was directly caused by their refusal to heed warnings and notifications from their host - a violation of terms and an intentional abuse of a spiteful employee. The left the vulnerability and left the site enabled and insecure and attacked the messenger after ignoring the notices kindly given her to prevent harm to her boss' clients that the clueless employee is unaware it is her sole responsibility to prevent from being exploited. River Rat Ray condones his employee's dangerous behavior. The problem solving procedure for this employee was repeated with the host. The employee lies, argues, denies, and then hides her head in the sand like a spoiled child and will not resolve problems even when they were directly the result of her negligent and catty behavior. This is repeat behavior by the nasty employee who would do anything but admit her LOGGED, PROVEN, WITHOUT QUESTION, LIES AND ABUSES. This company is as a result a danger to anyone dealing with them online. The owner remains clueless as he allows his catty manipulative employee to self police and collect the very messages reporting her dangerous behavior.
