Very poor management, doesn't have the first idea on how to take care of customers and when they take 35 minutes to make your food and then give it away by mistake, manager could care less.Area manager is no better, so it's understandable where the poor management styles come from.Avoid this store.

3 people were eating there and the vegs. were empty and the biscuits were hard as rocks. People coming in after us started complaining and asked to speak to the manager. He finally came over and took care of the problem.
People were very unhappy with the situation. One man had asked for corn and never did get any until others complained about it and asked for the manager.
This was about 6PM and they were busy. But when we got there, therer was only 7 people eating. So there was no reason for the bad service.
