As a clinical psychologist I will work with you to clarify problem areas, decide where change is desired to get your life back, develop strategies or discover new directions. Psychotherapy is a confidential process where talking helps make sense of life, brings renewed energy, resolve relationship problems or find new directions. We will work together to understand your current difficulties, create emotional stability and address the various unexpected or unwelcome changes you have encountered on your life journey. I limit the size of my practice so that we can focus on helping you in your personal journey of discovery, healing and transformation.
