Be very careful! I had eight dress/formal shirts monogrammed on the left cuff. Two of them were completely misplaced and had to be taken out. This process left the cuffs so frayed that I consider the shirts unusable. We are in the process now of trying to contact them for replacements (which are about $75 per shirt for non-iron, french cuff, straight collar shirts - VERY hard to find). I must say that the stitching done was very nice. It is just that he ruined two of my shirts.
