This company is wonderful. I have used them for years. I had company coming on a holiday and my hot tub stopped working. The owner was there in a jiffy to fix it and saved my gathering. Not only was it a holiday morning, but also a weekend. On top of it, it was something small and he didn't even charge me. What more can you ask for from a company?

Very knowledgeable. Quickly identified the issues and fixed them. No charge for temporary replacement parts while new parts are being ordered. Offered tips and hints for efficiency and longevity of tub operation. Very nice and friendly. I would not hesitate call again.

I called a1poolandspaservice with a emergency my spa stopped heating and I need my hot tub for a bad back. They were at my house within the hour fixed my hot tub. This happens late in the day and he made sure I was talking care of. I would recommend a1poolandspaservice for any pool or spa needs. They are quick and very knowledgeable at what they do.

These people could be called criminals. We ordered a pool cover from them and 3 months later they used our credit card to finance their own wholesale order from a chemical company. I guess they thought we wouldn't notice the over $700 charge we did not make or authorize. What else do they do? Are they casing your house while cleaning your pool? Beware!

The owner Robert has been doing pool and hot tub repairs for a very long time. I can't say how times he has fixed issues with my hot tub when others said it needed replaced. A few years back I finally did buy a new tub through Rob and he has maintained it since with zero issues. Best in Salem.

Would not recommend. Repaired leak with rusted used parts. Took 3 months just to show up. Very disappointed. Five people came to make repairs, yet one didn't know how to test the chemicals in the pool. They had just left the bar.

Very impressed – these guys came out to check out some plumbing issues (covered under warranty). They went above and beyond and bypassed to problem area so we could enjoy the pool while we waited for the insurance company to approve the bigger fix. Will use again in the future!
