Bought a tree on July 2, 2011, tree was dead in less than 1 week. I made several phone calls, no resonse. I went back 2 times, owner would not refund my money, when I mentioned that I had spent a lot of money with them over the years, and told them I would never use theem again, he said, "thats fine.". I spend $225.00 for a dead tree. I wrote a letter expressing my dissatisfaction and letting him know I rated his company on line and would take it off if he refunded my money. He hired a lawyer to contact me and tell me to remove the negative reviews. How about just doing the right thing and give the money back for a defective product instead of contacting a lawyer? Not a company I will ever use again, and I will certainly continue warn everyone to be careful about buying a tree from a company that won't refund a dead tree. This isn't a legal issue, it's an ethical issue. Why is it so hard to just do the right thing? BE CAREFUL!!!
