Love this store was so happy when it opened I was using another rent to own in salamanca but they had cheap products and were not very helpful and rude their was a worker their named dan that was very rude and when he first left i was happy but they brought him back. But hometown has the lowest prices out their ives gone to aarons rac and champion they are all so much higher. They guys their care about the people they rent to i was late once due to being in the hospital and they worked with me and cared that i was doing better! I dont understand other review on here sounds like someone who either got fired or has a grudge b.c none of that sounds true they all seemed like caring guys to me

I switched from a local rent to own not going to name names, but they were very overpriced I was so happy to see that a new store had opened in town with better pricing, I knew the owner from previous location. They were very easy to work with everything went great. All the guys that work their are very helpful I dont know about the other review b.c no one seemed like they were on drugs sounds like a discruntaled employee or ex employee or someone from the other business due to i hear they have lost a lot of business since hometown has opened but they are the best rent to own business ive ever dealt with and i was late on a payment and they worked with me without judging
