The bagpiper at sundown, an endearing Sea Island tradition, takes place on the 10th fairway, marking the closing of the courses. Along with the Seaside Course, it is the home of the PGA TOUR's RSM Classic, a FedEx Cup event hosted by Sea Island touring professional Davis Love III.
