Therapists are excellent but the plan is very inflexible. Make sure you want to get a monthly massage and don't let them accumulate. I currently have 5 to use, and if I cancel or freeze the membership, my $245 goes out the window. I will never sign up for this again.

Sara is by far the best therapist for those of you with a need for a deep tissue beat down because of old injuries. Wimps need not apply. So again if you want a massage that serves a purpose and all business. Sara and deep tissue will never disappoint

I have gone twice now and joined in July. I have had a great experience, can make appt. the same day or day before, and able to change time, great 90 min massage which was reduced from $85 to $25 because my monthly $69 club charge went towards it. I did tip from the original price because I felt this was the right thing to do. Great service! I am definitely very pleased.

I was not happy with massage envy because their customer service is poor. My daughter is a minor and it was her first time getting a massage at this place. I booked the appointment over the phone and they didn't ask her age, and booked her with a male therapist. When I brought her in they would not let her get a massage because they do not allow minors to be with opposite gender therapists. They should have asked her age over the phone!

I did the first time deal where you get a discounted "member fee" for your first service. I got a swedish 1.5 hour massage. Worst decision and experience of my entire life. My therapist stood outside the door while I undressed but was tapping her feet and yelling, yes yelling, "ARE YOU READY?!" every five seconds. The massage was so painful so once it was done I just wanted to leave but while paying the girl at the counter was trying to talk me into the membership. NEVER AGAIN!!

If you do Business with these folks GET ANYTHING IN WRITING I was a pre pay member and had several sessions accumulate so when my time for renewal came up I asked if I could use some of the sessions that had backed up before I signed a new contract and was told [no problem]then when I called to schedule on of these sessions was told that they were no longer valid.Will not be doing anymore business with Massage Envy.

Unfortunately, with Massage Envy you get what you pay for. The reason massages are cheap (1/2 price compared to more reputable businesses) is because they are hiring cheap labor. I have been a member for 11 months and can't wait for it to expire. I go once every 2 weeks in Northern VA and have had the following issues: 1) to seal the deal, the salesperson told me I can use my flexible spending $$ but didn't tell me I needed to get doctor's authorization (guess enough people complained because now they post that tidbit of info); 2) took them 3 months to correctly spell my name in their computer; 3) double booked me at least 4 times in last 5 months; 4) receptionists seem clueless and are rude more often than not; 5) management is rude and couldn't careless about feedback from clients once they've got a signed contract from you; and 6) skill set of therapists runs the gamut. If you can afford to go elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.

Massage envy's membership is very easy to understand. I love being a member here and getting excellent massages for a fraction of any other place I have been to. :) The brandon location is by far the best and the front desk staff is always smiling and very friendly!

I got better massages from my fellow students 1 month into massage therapy school than the one I recieved from Massage Envy. They manipulate you into signing up for their membership which you cannot cancel and basically sell your soul into giving them money for a year! I went back the day after I signed up to cancel it and the only thing they let me do was freeze the billing for 6 months. Manipulators. Con-artists. Liars. Find a local massage therapist running their own practice so you know that you will be treated with respect and not have any veils pulled over your eyes.

I had my first massage at Massage Envy Brandon,FL, it was wonderful, relaxing, and they made me feel very comfortable. You cannot beat the price for your first visit, only $39 for the hour session!!!

I have used Massage Envy in Brandon, FL for over a year and received awesome service and some of the best massages of my life. Their Sales Associates are friendly and the management is more than willing to work with you!

I will NEVER EVER use Massage Envy again because their customer service is absolutely ATROCIOUS. Once I had an issue with an appointment that I made which "somehow" got deleted from the system. The staff at the desk literally stared at me like deer in headlights and just kept repeating "There's nothing we can do. We're booked for the day." Even though it was their mistake. The contract that they make you sign is misleading and confusing, and they don't make any effort to point out that you're actually signing a YEAR LONG contract that they absolutely will not let you out of. I spoke to the owner in Northern NJ and he was the rudest, most snide and condescending jerk I have ever met. I was absolutely APPAULED and insulted by him, and I'm still losing $150 because of this unethical contract (although it's better than the $400 I would have lost). Trust me, the massages are NOT worth the headaches.

Please be warned NOT to do business with Message Envy in Westminster, CO - do not sign a 1-year contract, you will be sorry. The language of their contract is meant to confuse and harm you financially!!! I signed a one-year contract with a debit card. I honorably paid my debt for 12 months. However, they continued to debit my credit card for 3 additional months after the initial term of the contract. When I tried to cancel, they would not give me the money back, nor let me use the pre-paid messages I had paid for unless I renewed the contract and paid them more money. I had to change my bank account to get them to stop deducting money from it. I lost $150 and they would not allow me to use the 3 messages because I would not renew the contract. This is simply and unfair and unethical business practice. I tried unsuccessfully to negotiate this with the owner/manager, but she did not care and was happy to take my $150 & give me nothing in return.Terrible customer service, awful company.

I went to a Massage Envy in South NJ in marlton NJ. I cannot find a review site for that specific location however, I am assuming that they all are the same regarding billing pratices. I called to ask if they had chair massage and that i only wanted a 20 minute massage. The then told me that it is a 30 minute minimum, I was told since i was not a member it would be $42 I thought ok, for 30 minutes i would do it. Well , i got in the chair and after 20 minutes the massage was done! I told the woman i was told it was 30 minutes and then she explained that all massage are cut 10 minutes short , for example a 60 minute full masssage is 50, Ok, i understand that becuase I am a former MTand understand that you have to prepare for the next client. Not so with chair massge! It is pay by the minute usually. She told me it was 30 minutes knowing full well that it was 20 after that is what i asked for in the 1st place. I told them $42 is a rip off forr a 20 minute massage!!!

Massage sent me to the hospital. Then when asked for ME to reimburse me for the massage that caused the injury, they refused. I think this company should be shut down. Its the equivalent of super cuts for massage, but instead of a bad hair cut, you can end up in the emergency room. Beware!

They have really excellent and experienced massage therapists here. I love Shelley who's been at it for over 18 years and really knows her stuff! I also had an awesome hot stone massage (my first!) from Cyndi. Everyone is really friendly, they smile when you walk in and they remember you if you come back more than once. They even give you a bottle of cold water and chocolates after your session.Highly recommended!!
