We received four other bids. Two other families in our neighborhood had G&P Concrete pour driveways and patios and was an important
endorsement for us. Shawn of G&P Concrete was very easy to reach prior and during the project.

Once started, the team finished the job in just three days.

Shawn came out and did an estimate and told us when they could get it done. They showed up right on time and got it all done in TWO DAYS! I've never seen a crew work so hard or do such a great job as long as we've been homeowners. And when they were done, they cleaned up spotlessly. We got a concrete driveway with a border, and it looks great! And we've seen quite a few people slowing down to look at our beautiful new driveway. Two of our neighbors came by to ask us about it and it was so obvious they were jealous. One even said that we shouldn't have spent that much money on a driveway. I told him that "It's only money!" Little did he know just what a great deal we got. We just can't tell you enough how much we love the job Shawn and G and P Concrete, Inc. did for us. We would definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Shawn came in right on time the day he came to give us a bid. He gave us a bid within 15 minutes of finishing measurements. We had received bids from 3 other concrete contractors. We decided to go with G & P concrete because of excellent reviews on Angie's list and also because he presented some excellent ideas. Shawn was easy to work with. Our City on the other hand was difficult to work with. Shawn dealt with them in a very calm and patient manner. After we received approvals from the city, Shawn accommodated to our schedule and needs and got the work done very quickly. He and his crew did excellent quality work and left the street and work site in a neat and clean state. He was nice enough to set up my son's basketball hoop as well, even though this was not his core competency. All in all, I would definitely hire him again. He is a very pleasant person. A pleasure to work with.

We had a large, sprawling patio put in, with a wall...along with an outside fireplace. Also had some drainage pipes put in, for redirect of rain water. In addition, sod was put down.

It took a little longer than expected to get it done, but it was worth the wait! This was a pretty large job. Shawn and his crew are all very professional, courteous, and nice. They all have an excellent work ethic. Our project was extra complicated, due to we have a lot of water run off in our yard...but G&P Concrete handled it like a champion.

Shawn and his team did an amazing job for us. We had our drive way replaced and front sidewalk, along with a new patio in the backyard with a side walk. Shawn was so easy to work with! He was positive, up beat, and professional every step of the way. Where we had the patio placed was in a tough spot for Shawn, electric and irrigation pipe wise, yet he was very careful while using heavy equipment. His concrete work is like Art! I had the Picture Frame and brush finish, and it was done with such skill it looks stunning! Shawn makes a point to give you the paperwork from the concrete company for every truck that comes, so you know for sure that you are getting the right concrete. I highly recommend G&P concrete! This family run business, treats you and your home like it is their own. P.S. - With any big project using heavy equipment, please expect to do some clean up afterward. Shawn was careful to put down plywood so the equipment did not damage the yard, yet they are working with Dirt, stone, gravel, etc and you will need to do some sod work to fill in the areas next to your new, beautiful, driveway. Concrete work is a big project, so be prepared to do so work afterwards.

Everything went great from the bidding process through the site prep and concrete pour through the finishing as well as cleanup. The replacement and pour was completed in one day and posed no inconvenience for us. Over the last several years my daughter and son used them for jobs at their homes and were equally as satisfied. I have recommended G & P to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Dealt with Shawn initially to get two bids on different proposals. He responded promptly each time. Had about an 8 week backlog. Project was scheduled promptly and completed over the course of a couple of days. Job well done and the installation crew was professional. Paid for the job upon completion. Shortly after job was done, requested a lien waiver, several times. No response after job completion. Makes one wonder how any service needs or additions would be addressed. The job and installation went fine, however follow up leaves something to be desired.

G and P Concrete did an amazing job. New concrete slab, drain, basement steps, rebuilt basement retaining wall that was cracking, new back porch support pillars , redirected draining water , and repaired front porch steps. Back yard regrade , grass seed and straw cover all in 5 long days. My sons agree and say it's an amazing finished product It's really great to have someone you don't know of except through Angie's list take such pride in doing a job so professionally and with such pride Highly recommend them Tried using a local concrete company but after a number of attempts decided to try this company and they didn't disappoint but impressed would highly recommend Shaun and G and P Concrete
