TCCHS is committed to provide structured chemical dependency and mental health services to both adolescents and adults in a supportive environment at an affordable cost. We offer quality dual diagnosis programming that empowers clients to discover healthy lifestyles and to create positive behavioral change. TCCHS staff is fully devoted to reach out in acceptance to individuals that are involved in the criminal justice system Twin City Chemical Health Services believes each person should be treated with dignity, respect, and their treatment and assesment should be handled with the strictest confidence. Twin City Chemical Health Services, LLC (TCCHS) is a dual diagnosed (MICD) outpatient Chemical Dependency Treatment Center licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services under Rule 31. TCCHS provides in-depth chemical health assessments, Rule 25 assessments, and multi-dimensional assessments. The MICD treatment program meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 P.M - 9:00 P.M for 60 hours. TCCHS also has a 48 hour outpatient chemical dependency treatment program that meets the Minnesota Department of Public Safety requirement for driver's license reinstatement . Our assessment fee can be waived if you bring a copy of a current assessment using the rule 31 format. An eight week aftercare program is available, and TCCHS also has a 24 hour relapse prevention program. A licensed chemical dependency counselor meets with all clients.
