      The Improve Group worked very hard to address our concerns, and designed an evaluation that took into account the range of experiences our participants have. They used a number of data collection methods, from interviews, to review of program records, to surveys. They talked to both the youth in our program and many of the adults they interact with, to get a strong sense of the impact of our program. They were thorough and considerate. When working with youth, they were very careful to be attentive to their age and circumstances.
