The Majestic Hall CAPACITY: 400 Guests | 11,000 Square feet The Sterling Hall CAPACITY: 175 guests | 3,500 square feet Event Rental Inclusions: - Up to 8 hours event time up until 2am - Set-up access starting at 9am day-of event - Onsite event staff for duration of event - Set-up and tear-down of all chairs and tables - Ability to use any licensed caterer of your choice - 1 Bartender & 1 Barback for 5 hours & 1 hour setup time - 1 Security guard for last 4 hours of event - Customized colored lighting - Access to in-house sound system - Microphone and podium access - Staging including skirting and stairs - FREE parking outside venue - All taxes and fees
