-Full Service Home Staging -Staging Consultations   Full Service Staging What is Home Staging? It's beyond just cleaning and decorating a house. Staging your home for sale will help make it look bigger, brighter, cleaner, warmer, more loving and, best of all, make buyers want to buy it. Recommended for home owners who aren’t able to get suggested improvements done on their own, or want to get the most return on investment. Day 1: Consultation Member from Farinella Interiors will do a room-to-room walk-through, taking notes on possible improvements to be made. We will look at the home from a buyer’s point of view. Day 2:Consultation Results & Project Planning You will receive a packet with results and a list of contacts. I will do a second walk-through with me explaining the results. Next, we will go over your project budget, and decide if we need additional help from outside sources. Once I organize a date for outside services to come in, I will call for approval. Outside Services Include painters, movers, cleaners, furniture rental, and installers. Day 3: Weekend Projects Outside services will come in to get the agreed projects done within budget. On the final day of the projects, I will do my final staging touches on the home, which will make it ready to sell. Cost: Starting at $400  Staging Consultation Our consultation package provides a detailed solution packet specific to your home. This includes information on how quickly increase the value and appeal of your home. You will meet twice with a Consultant at Farinella Interiors. Recommended for home owners who are ready to take on updating themselves, aren’t quite ready to commit to a full staging project, or are working with a tight budget. Day 1: Consultation: Member from Farinella Interiors will do a room-to-room walk-through, taking notes on possible improvements to be made. We will look at the home from a buyer’s point of view. Day 2: Consultation Results You will receive a packet with results and a list of contacts. You can either have it dropped off, or have a second walk-through with me explaining the results for an extra $50. I will provide a list of outside Services. This includes painters, movers, cleaners, furniture rental, and installers. Cost: $150-200
