I have been treated at this facility for some time and it couldn't be more unprofessional. I continually hear the ladies that work there talking and gossiping about pacients who come and go in the office and even those who calll in to schedule appointments. I think that it's so rude that anyone in a line of work where you are dealing with the public would act in this manner. I also know others that get allergy shots done here and have said that they take longer then anywhere else they have been to call them back for their injections. I also have experienced this and I have also been told by health care professionals that you shouldn't receive shots straigt into the muscle of your arm yet I keep experiencing it and it is very painful. This business just doesn't seem to understand what customer service, or professionalism is. I would go to this business just NOT THIS LOCATION.
