The women that took my order and answered all my questions...and assured me the flowers would be delivered today were professional and phenomenal. The gals I have worked with over the phone have been compassionate and really interested in the family members I have sent arrangements to. Everything delivered has gotten raves of positive reviews. I have ordered flowers from Johnson & Sons for several years now. I live in CA but I have family in Minnesota. Their arrangements are absolutely beautiful, long lasting, and fresh. In addition, my deliveries always arrive on time. Their customer service is amazing and they always try to accomodate any special requests (ex delivery at a particular time of the day). Order from them - you will not be disappointed!

My wife and I love this florist. A client of my wife had a death in the family. We sent a funeral arrangement and it far and away was the most striking floral arrangement at the wake. My wife's customer had our arrangement taken to the burial site along with the family members arrangements because according to the client "your florist does such beautiful work". These folks live on Lake Minnetonka and socialize with the richest people in the Western Suburbs and A Johnson's arrangement stood out from all of the flowers sent by all those Wayzata folks. I wouldn't order flowers from anyone else.

The flowers I've bought from them have always been absolutely stellar. They use only Minnesota grown roses so they are always fresh and live much longer than roses at most other stores. I don't even bother to shop any where else because they take excellent care of me as a customer. The only time I ever have a problem they took care of it immediately and replaced my flowers for free. They are easily the best florist to use in the twin cities area bar none.

I experienced great customer service, prompt delivery and the arrangement was amazing. They went out of their way to help and were so great to work with. I would use them again and would recommend them to all.Their arrangement brought true beauty to a sad situation.
