Since 1979, The Magic House has strived to fulfill its mission of providing children with quality educational experiences that encourage experimentation, creativity and the development of problem-solving skills within a place of beauty, wonder, joy and magic. The exhibits at The Magic House are designed to captivate, educate and entertain visitors of all ages.Starting with infants and their special grown-ups in For Baby & Me, visitors can enjoy a toddler-sized space where nursery rhymes spring to life in tugboats and tiny houses. Preschoolers can perform puppet shows or explore a texture-tunnel in A Little Bit of Magic, a world just their size. Around the Museum, visitors of all ages can uncover the past at the Lewis and Clark Trail, or climb a three-story beanstalk up to the clouds. Discover the three branches of government in the Star-Spangled Center while singing patriotic karaoke and sitting in the Oval Office. Create a masterpiece in the Art Studio, or investigate the clues to solve The Magic House art-heist mystery! Hands-on activities line the walls to inspire every learner!
