I was having a problem trying to get one of those lift chairs for my mom and one of my friends at church told me that she had gone to Medical West to get a wheelchair for her dad. She said that the guy who helped them actually made sure the wheelchair fit her dad and that he knew how to use it properly. She said he was very helpful and they took the time to explain and check his insurance. So I took my mom there and they were great! They spoke to my mom directly and took the time to explain everything. I didn’t realize medicare might help because of her health. My mom tried all of the chairs they had (who knew there could be so many options!) and they made it easy to handle and I can’t thank them enough!

Ordered a knee brace because they did not carry that size. When we called over 2 weeks later to find out the status they said they hadn't ordered it yet. When I inquired as to the reason they said they couldn't order from this company until they had $1,000 worth and they don't order until someone comes in with a specific request. That information was not given to us. It could be months if that's the way they operate. Had we known that we could have looked somewhere else. Apparently they don't carry anything. If you have to order it anyway just go online. We also ordered a chair and that hasn't even been sent to the place where they recover it...wherever that might be. We thought it would be a couple of weeks at most. On the positive side...their salespeople were very pleasant.
