54th Street is one of our favorite chains. We enjoy the food most of the time. This particular restaurant is particularly awful. On occasions when we actually make it to a table, the service is always slow. Today, we didn't quite make it that far. When we arrived, we left our name and number with the hostess so we could be texted when our table was ready. We were told 45 minutes. An hour and six minutes passed before we received a text telling us that it would be 45 minutes and they would text us when our table was ready. You can imagine our changrin at being told to wait another 45 minutes! Then when we finally received notification of our table, we kept receiving texts telling us our table was ready. I cannot recommend this store.

Great place to eat the atmosphere is awesome and the food is great and always hot. The food is all made from scratch and you can taste it . If you go be prepared to wait a good 20 min for a table but, well worth the wait.
