Utah Car and Truck was established in order to accomplish three initiatives: • To provide pre-owned, reliable, and safe vehicles to customers who have limited financial resources. • Utilize nation-wide vehicle outlets to enhance the quality of pre-owned vehicles in Southern Utah. • Increase economic expansion within Southern Utah by providing local consumers with a variety of dealer options and vehicle inventory. In order to maximize our efforts, we focus on four primary principles that will continue to bring success to our company: • Engage the customer with a lively smile and firm handshake— by welcoming and making the customer feel at ease, we believe these actions will resonate with the customer allowing them to recognize we are appreciative of their business and will do what it takes to get them in the right vehicle. • Inquire what the customers’ needs and wants are.
