I've tried two different brands of hearing aids, from the ENT clinic across town. Thought I'd get the best hearing aids, and the best service.

I was wrong.

Upon being referred by a friend, I went to Miracle Ear. Not a fancy clinic, but a store front next to Bravo Burritos. I thought to myself, "This has got to be a fly-by-night outfit."

Again-- I was wrong.

The STAFF there are truly caring. They know what they're doing. To them, you're not just another appointment to get out the door so that the next could shuffle in. I am a singer--more than a hobby--a HUGE part of my life. For the past five years or so, I've had more trouble than usual hearing pitch, which is essential in barbershop harmony, when you have to harmonize precisely with three other voices.

I figured something was better than nothing, so I resigned myself to just hearing tinny music, as long as it improved my ability to match pitch, which it did.

Marginally.

The end of my 45 day trail with my Widex aids was fast approaching, so I decided that I needed to make an appointment--FAST. I called Miracle Ear, and the NEXT DAY I got in for an appointment--and the next Tuesday at chorus rehearsal, an amazing thing happened-- I was able to match pitch--perfectly--and the sound wasn't 'tinny'!! They were-- in a word--PERFECT. Miracle Ear is FAR SUPERIOR. AND less expensive. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. And I'd go on singing their praises if there wasn't a 2000 character limit.
