Moved into a new home in late May of 2016. The sod has a mix of St. Augustine and weeds. Have requested them to get in touch through the builder and not one phone call has been made back to me. Can not recommend. My lawn treatment guy said ity is the wors excuse for St. Augustine he has ever seen.

The above customer has chosen to write a bad review about our company, Palm City Sod of Central Florida and I would like to elaborate on his accusations. First and foremost, his yard was installed back on April 13th, 2010 and was just brought to our attention on September 7th, 2010 that he believes his yard is now dead and that our company delivered him bad sod. If you notice, there is a 5 month time span between when the sod was installed and when the customer first notified us of his problem. Unfortunately our company cannot take responsibility and fix a problem that is brought to our attention 5 months later. Once our company has delivered or installed sod it is then up to the home owner to maintain the sod however he or she chooses. If you do believe that our company has provided you with unhealthy sod please notify us within the first week of receiving your sod and our company will be more than happy to come out and take a look at it and help resolve the issue.

I paid nearly $2,000 for this company to lay new sod on my lawn. The lawn was watered and fertilized exactly as they suggested. Three months later it has all died while the remainder of my lawn looks just fine, including some small areas where I laid some Home Depot sod myself. I called the company who said they were not prepared to do anything at all and that it must have been "all my fault". A total rip off.
